Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

No Job Guarantees

We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend accounts for terms violations
  • We may discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • Termination doesn't affect accrued rights and obligations
